Before Gintic, our founders built and scaled businesses. They hired finance teams, managed back offices, and watched talented people spend most of their day on tasks like data entry, follow ups, chasing approvals, reconciling invoices line by line.
Gintic was started to enable humans to spend ther time on high value tasks. Not with another tool that sits on top of broken processes, but with AI agents that carry the full context of your team and own the workflow end to end.

We're building toward a future where enterprises run on AI workforces and not overworked humans. Where a back office team of ten doesn't need to become a team of fifty as the company scales. Where the work gets done faster and more accurately, and the people who used to do it are free to focus on analysis, judgment, and strategy.
We're not building a copilot that suggests things. We're building agents that execute with the same context, rules, and understanding that your best employees carry.
